LIMITED EDITIONS, SIZING AND PRICING

By declaring that an image is a being released as a Limited Edition, we are formally stating that prints of a particular size and type will only ever be printed in that specific quantity.

A small number of Artist's Proofs (A/P) may also be produced; the maximum number of A/P prints is 5 for the Studio Edition, 3 for the Collector Edition, and 1 for the Master Edition. A/P prints are not for sale, and will be used as gifts to museums, etc.

Once an edition sells out, it will never be printed again. An edition in a significantly different size or substrate may be produced, but editions above will never be produced beyond their declared size.

Once a certain number of prints in an edition has sold, the price for the remaining prints will increase.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, the item is considered sold. No returns for sold artworks are accepted, except when items are damaged during shipping or transit.

We recommend all purchases be inspected immediately upon receipt. If damage is noted, an email must be sent to print-returns@nikolatamindzic.com with photos and evidence of damage within seven days from the time the artwork is received.

Assessment of the damage will be made and (if approved) a replacement or repair will be made.

Upon confirmation by the artist that damage has been incurred in transit, damaged artwork must be shipped back within three days from the day of confirmation.
